Interpretation

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service.
Country: Refers to Delaware, United States.
Company:Refers to Network Leads, LLC, 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Suite B-2, Newark, DE 19702, County of New Castle. Referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our."
Content: Refers to text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by you, regardless of form.
Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
Feedback: Innovations, suggestions, or comments sent by you regarding the attributes, performance, or features of our Service.
Free Trial: A limited period that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
Service: Refers to our Website and all associated offerings.
Subscription: Refers to the services offered on a subscription basis by the Company.
Terms and Conditions ("Terms"): These Terms that form the entire agreement between you and the Company.
Third-party Social Media Service: Any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available via the Service.

You: The individual accessing or using the Service or the company/legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. We do not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Additional Disclosure for Messaging Consent

By using this Service and submitting your phone number through our forms, you agree to receive communications by text message from Network Leads.

Message Purpose: These messages may include marketing updates, service-related notifications, follow-ups, or other business-related communication.
Opt-out Option: Reply STOP to opt-out of future messaging.
Help Option: Reply HELP for more information.
Message Details: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your plan.

Unless canceled, your Subscription will renew automatically under the same conditions.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your Account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing cycle, and fees already paid are non-refundable.

Note: White-glove onboarding and setup ($399 value) are included in every plan. This fee is charged only if a multi-month subscription is canceled early.

Billing

You must provide accurate billing information. Should automatic billing fail, an electronic invoice will be sent with payment instructions. Failure to pay may result in termination of access.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will receive notice in advance. Continuing use of the Service after fee changes constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.

Refunds

Except as required by law, Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Promotions & Free Trials

Promotions may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. Please read those specific rules. Free trials are offered at the Company's discretion and may require billing details. Upon the Free Trial's end, regular charges will apply unless canceled.

User Accounts

To use certain parts of our Service, you must create an Account, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account details secure. Notify us immediately if unauthorized use of your Account occurs.

You may not use someone else's name, a trademark, or any offensive username. The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel a username in its sole discretion.

Content

Rights to Post Content

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a license to use, modify, display, and distribute it through our Service. You retain ownership of your Content, but grant us rights necessary to operate the Service.

You warrant that you own the Content or have rights to use it, and that it does not violate others' rights.

Content Restrictions

You are responsible for the Content you post and agree not to post anything illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. The Company has no obligation to review all content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users. If you believe any content infringes on your rights, please notify us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

The Service and original content are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network Leads LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred directly or indirectly.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you through the Service or $100 if no payment was made.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Data Privacy & Security

We take data security seriously. All user data is encrypted and protected with advanced security protocols. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

The laws of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules, govern these Terms. In case of any dispute, you agree to attempt resolution with us informally before taking further action.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion, with notice provided 30 days before any material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes implies your acceptance of those new terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Network Leads, LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to the following terms regarding SMS messaging:

1. SMS Consent Communication

Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Opt-Out Method
